AMCCI Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Money laundering is the process of converting funds received from illegal activities such as fraud, drug dealing, human traffic, corruption, illegal arms, terrorism, into other funds that look legal to hide the real source of the funds.
AMCCI is committed to the highest standards of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance and Anti-Terrorist Financing and its management and employees are required to follow these standards.

Implemented Procedures

At AMCCI, we implement a strict anti-laundering policy to identify suspicious customers, while minimizing the procedural complications for legitimate customers. In order to fulfill our commitment to providing full assistance to combating against illegal financial transactions, we have developed a technologically advanced and reliable electronic system which verifies client identification, while maintaining a detailed record of all previous financial transactions.
AMCCI tracks all suspicious activities and reports them to law enforcement bodies with detailed information. That is why complete legal protection is provided to clients who share confidential financial data with the company.
To prevent money laundering, AMCCI does not accept or pay cash under any circumstances. The company reserves the right to suspend any client's operation, which may be regarded by the staff to be illegal or related to money laundering.

Compliance Regime

AMCCI has set up a compliance regime in order to fulfill its formal legal requirement. This includes the appointment of a compliance officer, policy making, regular review of implementation and impact and professional compliance training to staff members.
AMCCI ensures regular updating of its electronic data according to modern rules and regulations developed for more sophisticated checks in order to trace money laundering and other criminal financial practices on the spot.


For the satisfactory identification and verification of a customers' account, and in full compliance with anti-money laundering laws, AMCCI demands two kinds of documents. Firstly, a government issued document with a photo of customer on it. This can be a passport, driving license or regular ID card which must be issued by the government and must include a picture of the client. Secondly, a bill or document with a complete name and address on it. It can be a utility bill, bank
statement, affidavit or any other type of bill with the correct personal information. It cannot be more than 6 months old.
AMCCI requires a physically signed application form submission. Customers are required to inform company of any change in their personal information already submitted to AMCCI.
If the documents are in a non-western language, they must be translated into English by an official translator and this translated copy must be duly signed and stamped by that translator and submitted with other related documents and the clients' photo on it.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Our clients' operations to deposit and withdraw funds have the following requirements:

  • In case of bank transfer or transfer from a bank card, the name, indicated during the registration must match the name of the owner of the account or bank card. One can withdraw funds from the account via bank transfer only in the same bank and with the same account that was used for depositing.
  • In cases of using electronic payment systems, withdrawing funds from the trading account is possible only on the system and with the account used for depositing.
